Company sub-contractor duties per the company's procedures. Responsible for the fulfillment of department job installations, meet all Standard of Work (SOW) requirements and Customer satisfaction.What you will doAn analytical thinker.A problem-solver who can manage all aspects of system installation.As a member of our Field Operations team they work closely with our customers and our internal customer team.Insure all systems are installed and running properly.Ability to test all components, diagnose and troubleshoot, as well as repair and escalate issues as necessary.Scheduling, coordination of multiple jobs, and estimating time required for each job.Coordinates installation activity to complete customer requirement utilizing internal and external resources.Interprets scope of work to ensure all requirements are meets.Keeps all needed parties updated and communicates P&L costs.Maintains and develops outside contractors keep to meet the current demand.Helps selects the appropriate resources to complete the task with budget and timeline.QualificationsWhat we look for:High School Diploma or GED2 years Associates degree in Electronicsand/or Networking,or technical military equivalent preferredMust have a valid driver’s licenseWilling to obtain or have State License as required. (State Dependent)Must have a mechanical aptitude and be able to use hand and power tools.General knowledge of electronics required.Strong understand of local and State codeStrong understanding of National Electric Code (NEC)Job Costing – competent in recording all costsof installationjobs.5-7 years prior work experience in related fields, including construction, experience in installation, maintenance of alarm systems, video systems or other electronic fieldsCompeted basic EAS and Video training and certificationsAbility to lead a team of in house and subcontractor personnel, including providing technical/mechanical training to in house and subcontractor personnel.Ability to perform surveys and develop Scope of Work (SOW)Ability to work between departments in a collaborative manner to achieve desired goalsCustomer focused at all levels.Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult position such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.Must be capable of working independently or as a teamWorking Knowledge of MS Office and basic PC skills.Reconciles closed service call information on a daily basis for proper billing and oversee corrections. Reviews and modifies to meet installation revenue goals and budget development.Evaluates volume of installation work to determine distribution of work.Assists District Service Manager in other field functions.Performs other duties as assigned.
