POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for coordination of all maintenance and repairs to facility property and grounds in a timely manner. Consults and advises senior management on building renovations, acting as liaison between contractors and Riverwood staff. Maintains safety and security of Riverwood buildings and property.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Five years experience in commercial or residential building trades and grounds maintenance. The ability to meet deadlines, communicate effectively, work with little supervision, demonstrated punctuality and the ability to organize and manage several projects/tasks simultaneously as well as flexibility in changing priorities.
