If you are a Principal Structural Engineer who wants the opportunity to develop innovative and inspirational schemes, this is the perfect role for you.
You will join a growing team who are passionate about what they do, working on a variety of buildings structures design work projects.
Key responsibilities:
Lead teams to achieve business objectives, working closely with the Associate Engineer
Ensure team deliver civil & structural schemes within budget, timescales and quality
Monitor compliance with business quality and management systems
Prepare tenders for projects including fee estimates
Carry out technical design reviews
Monitor projects in progress
You will be a natural leader who can train, mentor and develop junior members of your team and work on enhancing their skillset to maximise performance.
About you:
Chartered MICE/MIStructE
Minimum of 3 years’ post Chartered experience
Team management experience
Project lead experience
SC Clearance (or eligible)
Full clean driving licence
Your leadership skills and ability to inspire others, along with your technical ability, will be what wins you this role.
You will be open minded to innovation and flexible in your approach with a willingness to embrace change and unafraid to challenge the norm.
