Obsidian Security was founded in 2017 to solve the unaddressed blindspot of SaaS Security. SaaS applications provide the tools employees need to succeed and hold the business’ most critical information. If those tools become unavailable or that data is jeopardized, there is a detrimental impact on the organization.

Because of the emerging and rapidly accelerating awareness of security and compliance risks in SaaS environments, we are anticipating rapid growth, which brings with it a high probability of career advancement opportunities as we grow to help more customers address these emerging risks while saving time and resources in the process.
About the Role:
This role is focused on acquiring accounts where these problems and risks are most prevalent and consequential: Healthcare, finance and high-tech in organizations with 1k-3k employees. This team, along with the Global VP, will expand market share and develop best practices for future teams selling into this target market.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
How do you know if you have a disability?
