Come join a great team Postion Responsibilities Prepare bill of lading, customs forms, invoices, and other Shipping/Receiving/Freight documents Integration testing to support NPAA business needs Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks Assist with loading/unloading trucks when necessary Verify/inspect the quality and quantity of items against supporting documents Organize distribution and shipping of merchandise Arrange transportation services, in order to expedite, trace, or return merchandise that does not conform to specifications or purchase orders. Identify, hold, and segregate defective material (RGA process) Maintain accurate documentation, record keeping, inventories, and take corrective actions. Coordinate and arrange traffic docks Communicate with CSR’s, Sales for handling/expedited orders Complete proper part checks and instruct operators to move materials to proper staging area Electronic receipt of acknowledgement of receipt Quantities Perform other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications High School diploma or GED Strong SAP skills DOT and IATA certified. Must have 5 yrs. shipping/receiving or similar experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong computer skills (Word\Excel\Access) Ability to work independently with little direction. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
