If you're passionate about customer service and have a knack for understanding customer needs, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a dynamic Permanent Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment where you can utilize your expertise in customer verification, sales support, distribution experience, and conflict resolution to make a real difference. In this role, you will work closely with our customers and cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media platforms.
2. Providing product and service information, resolving product and service issues, and processing customer orders.
3. Utilizing customer verification tools to confirm customer identity and protect customer privacy.
4. Supporting sales teams by providing essential customer information and assisting with sales-related tasks.
5. Collaborating with the distribution team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
6. Resolving conflicts and managing customer complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
7. Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions.
8. Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within a sales or distribution environment.
2. Proven experience in customer verification, sales support, distribution, and conflict resolution.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle stressful situations.
4. Proficiency in using computers and related software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
7. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
8. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field is a plus.
