THIS ROLE IS LOCATED ON SITE IN TEXAS (HYBRID ROLE)

RESPONSIBILITIES: •Manage product assortment, innovation, renovation, and pricing for assigned key strategic product platforms •Analyze consumer, market, & retailer trends via scan and shipment data, consumer research, and secondary sources to find key insights and translate analysis into strategic business decisions. •Provide recurring, deep-dive quarterly business reviews and ad hoc analytical support. •Make frequent recommendations and/or decisions related to product portfolio, pricing, promotions, strategic partnerships, and other key initiatives that will drive business growth. •Demonstrate team leadership and project management, working with R&D, supply chain, finance, sales to drive positive business results. •Manage the P&L for assigned product platforms, innovation, and initiatives to meet financial goals. •Lead planning and execution for two annual strategic industry events – NACS and c-store foodservice forum.

QUALIFICATIONS: •Bachelors degree required •Knowledge and experience of Foodservice industry preferred including Restaurants, Convenience Stores and Non-Commercial (e.g., Colleges & Universities, Vending/Micro-Markets) business segments. • Proven project management skills • 3+ years’ experience in Marketing; Foodservice Marketing preferred.
