Associate Brand Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
In this role, you will be a strategic business leader in the organization, managing two key segments. You will lead a mix of strategy, brand activation, marketing communications, and
innovation projects enabling you to build and display your breadth and depth of leadership, strategic and analytical skills. We're looking for top talented individuals that have strong skills in these areas and experience and expertise in Foodservice Marketing.
THIS ROLE IS LOCATED ON SITE IN TEXAS (HYBRID ROLE)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manage product assortment, innovation, renovation, and pricing for assigned key strategic product platforms
•Analyze consumer, market, & retailer trends via scan and shipment data, consumer research, and secondary sources to find key insights and translate analysis into strategic business decisions.
•Provide recurring, deep-dive quarterly business reviews and ad hoc analytical support.
•Make frequent recommendations and/or decisions related to product portfolio, pricing, promotions, strategic partnerships, and other key initiatives that will drive business growth.
•Demonstrate team leadership and project management, working with R&D, supply chain, finance, sales to drive positive business results.
•Manage the P&L for assigned product platforms, innovation, and initiatives to meet financial goals.
•Lead planning and execution for two annual strategic industry events – NACS and c-store foodservice forum.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelors degree required
•Knowledge and experience of Foodservice industry preferred including Restaurants, Convenience Stores and Non-Commercial (e.g., Colleges & Universities, Vending/Micro-Markets) business segments.
• Proven project management skills
• 3+ years’ experience in Marketing; Foodservice Marketing preferred.
