Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration and alignment with the marketing and design team to ensure timely delivery of brand content on social channels
  • Serve as lead copywriter for all email, website and promotional content / materials
  • Hands-on social post creation and publishing
  • Coordination and scheduling of social content that supports product releases, special events, timely/reactive content and any other business moments and milestones
  • General tracking and analysis of high-level engagement data across social channels
  • Ideation and experimentation with social post structure, format, timing, etc. to maximize engagement
  • General oversight and monitoring of active social channels to ensure timely brand response
  • Creating and managing content calendars and posting schedules
  • Managing the repurposing of video content for social channels
  • Working within Asana, our project management system, for the tracking of tasks/projects


Required Qualifications:

  • 2-to-3 years experience managing social media for a B2C brand or company
  • Proven experience driving increased engagement on Facebook and Instagram
  • Company profile creation and elevation on new / exploratory channels (such Pinterest, etc.)
  • Company profile creation, content planning and development of a user-generated content program (utilizing YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.)
  • An understanding of the importance of social balance between owned, shared, and earned content and post types
  • General curiosity and experimental / growth mindset
  • Ability to translate social media engagement data into meaningful action
  • Ability to work within a CRM for email campaign builds & data tracking (HubSpot a plus)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the health, wellness, or fitness space
  • Confidence to work independently as a channel owner/expert
  • Basic graphic design and video editing
  • Comfort with being on camera and having a personal voice / representation on social channels
