Responsibilities:

- Provide senior leadership and strategic guidance to the finance department - Oversee financial planning - Manage and optimize cost management strategies to drive profitability - Implement risk management practices to mitigate financial risks - Ensure compliance with technical accounting standards and regulations - Oversee tax accounting and reporting activities - Prepare and review regulatory reports for internal and external stakeholders - Develop and maintain financial report writing processes and procedures - Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field - Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role - Strong knowledge of financial concepts, principles, and practices - Expertise in cost accounting and financial analysis - In-depth understanding of technical accounting standards and tax regulations - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective financial report writing and presentations

- Must have 2+ years in financial leadership role
