Job Duties:

Act as the go-to person to centralize purchasing for the US subsidiary Maintain responsibility for monitoring/creating purchase requisitions, on a daily basis, for appropriate vendors through ERP system, and converting requisitions to purchase orders Identify and select suppliers as needs arise Assist US workforce with all purchasing as needed Lead all aspects of production scheduling, working with manufacturing and business partners from OCD, raw material purchasing Cross-train to backfill a few other select areas in Planning and/or Purchasing Ensure compliance with the companies Purchasing Policies and Procedures, Code of Ethics, Values and adherence to relevant laws and regulations Interface with production, sales, purchasing and suppliers in order to schedule purchase orders to meet distribution and service demand Supporting and providing the coordination of the distribution planning, purchasing and scheduling function to ensure timely delivery to customers of finished products The effective coordination of the distribution planning, purchasing and scheduling function and ensuring timely delivery to customers of finished products Purchase finished goods in accordance to requirements and customer orders required dates Confirm supplier delivery dates for purchasing material and expedite orders when necessary Access and input revisions (e.g., quantity, ship date) in order to update MRP reports Maintain methodology and tools for ongoing performance Manage inventory levels for purchased components working with Production and Sales Expedite and de-expedite deliveries as required, working with operations personnel Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Costing as necessary Coordinate quality issues with suppliers as required and manage supplier returns Routinely review and interpret internal/external engineering drawings Assist with the operations team for distribution and warehouse operations as needed Partner with Operations team to establish priorities to maximize utilization of existing inventory for distribution needs Qualifications

Experience with customer/vendor processes, escalations and resolution Ambitious and willing to work in a fast paced environment Strong determination, resilience, and ability to influence 5-7 years experience Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field APICS certification a plus Ability to move or lift 50lbs by Jobble
