What you'll be doing as a Production Cook:
  • Cooking and preparing different types of dishes according to airline customized menu and established procedures/recipes.
  • Includes sauting, poaching, baking, grilling, and sauce preparation, as well as working with broilers, fryers, grills, ovens, and stovetop cooking.
  • Ensure food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:
  • Ensure food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature
  • Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock
  • Interpret specifications and implement HACCP procedures, which include proper temperature controls
  • Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices set by LSG Sky Chefs and FDA/ USDA/HACCP and our customers
  • Actively participate in customer presentations, menu design, and implementation
  • Must have Cooking /Sous Chef or Chef experience
  • Background check and drug screening required
