Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food products according to CSC recipe and product standards.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, including tables, shelves, walls, steamer, kitchen, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Closely follow CSC standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.
  • Promptly report equipment and food quality problems to Management.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds.
