Description

POSITION PURPOSE

The Director of Human Resources will lead our company's people efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the human resources department. As a member of the leadership team, you will work closely with leaders across the company, including the CEO and President.

POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals

•Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees; Recruiting top talent to executive positions

•Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.

•Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, mediation, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

•Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements

•Utilize HRIS system (Paycom) to manage employee data and generate reports.

•Recommend changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs

•Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team

•Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth

•Assessing reports, and input from team leaders and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:

•Bachelors degree in human resources, business or other applicable field.

•Proven experiences as an HR leader or similar role.

•10 years progressive human resources management work experience.

•SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP preferred.

•Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and negotiate resolutions

•Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred)
