As a Lead Housekeeper, you will: •Monitor tele-tracking and respond to calls to ensure departmental compliance with standard cleaning times and entity needs.•Provide staff education and continuous training. •Function as Housekeeper throughout entity as needed. •Maintain supplies in housekeeping, generating ordering lists, to ensure department is properly supplied.•Support daily shift huddles to promote employee engagement and employee recognition.•Function as a liaison between incoming and outgoing shifts to provide a seamless transition, including preparing and providing end of shift transition reports as needed. •Assist manager with task assignment, including absentee coverage. •Submit work orders for maintenance repairs throughout the hospital and follow up for completion.
