The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is responsible for the company's success by coordinating the recruitment, administration, and performance initiatives of DataXoom employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement and development programs.
  • Provides subject matter expertise in handling the disciplinary processes and formal grievances.
  • Manage HR vendor relationships; serve as a liaison.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Human Resource experience
  • Associate Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and work ethic.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Prompt, motivated self-starter.
  • Easily adaptable.
