Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing information on inventory, pricing, shipping, product details, and more.
Efficiently manage customer orders received via phone, fax, and email, ensuring accuracy and clarity before processing.
Enter orders accurately into our computer system and coordinate with the warehouse to prepare and ship orders.
Confirm shipment details with the warehouse, finalize paperwork, and prepare orders for billing after dispatch.
Foster excellent relationships with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience and feel valued in every interaction.
Support sales representatives by responding to various requests and providing necessary information.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
