Urgent hiring for Customer service Specialist (Medical CSR) at San Diego, CA 92121

Shift: Hours 8:30am to 5pm or 7:30 am - 4 pm (Contract to hire)

Summary:

Managing entire order process for specific OAEs, and any accounts that are assigned to those OAEs, in Salesforce.com (SFDC).

Looking for someone very attentive to detail. Dealing with HIPPA and patient orders, medical docs, etc. These reports are for patient care
Prefer corporate office experience.
Prefer for someone looking to grow their career, wanting to be here long term and passionate about coming into the role.

Able to multitask
Comfortable on the phone – 25-40 outbound calls a day and some inbound calls. ( Not a call center, but do call pathology facilities to obtain tissue samples.)
Must have computer knowledge, MS Office experience
Salesforce –experience is a plus, should have some basic knowledge.
Healthcare experience – nice to have but not required

Education : HS diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Required skills : HIPPA training or experience working with HIPPA is preferred
