**The Role**:
As our Office Care Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service in our call center. When someone interacts with you, they will feel they've met a pleasant expert who's genuinely interested in their needs.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Positively and competently communicate with customers over the phone - an Office Care Specialist can take a total of 80+ inbound and outbound calls per day
- Write comprehensive and understandable notes on customer accounts to review initial requests, solutions provided, and any follow-up tasks.
- Contributing to a positive and friendly environment by collaborating effectively with your team and your customers.
- Scheduling appointments accurately and redirecting calls appropriately. Leaving detailed and thorough notes on accounts after every interaction with a customer or team member.
- Handling of miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as filing and handling paperwork.
- Improve your technical and interpersonal skills by attending and participating in Daily Training.
- Set and work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Near perfect attendance

**What Does a Day Look Like?**

Customers may reach out to schedule service, pay a bill, or ask a general question about a pest they’re seeing or about their account in general. You would be responsible for resolving all customer requests in a timely, yet friendly manner. Our Office Experts pride themselves on _helping others._ Whether it’s through setting an appointment or setting expectations about how our products work, our competent Office Experts start and end every call with a smile.

While we’re here for our customers, we’re here for our team and community too We help with personal development by holding Daily Training to brush up on pest facts and treatment methods or customer role-plays to help provide even better service. **Requirements**:
Previous customer service experience preferred.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Availability: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.
