Growing Electrical Contractor company seeking a full-time Project Manager Assistant.

Responsibilities Assist in project development from start to finish. Coordinate with the Project Manager, and Superintendent. Gather and organize project documentation and make it available to all team members. Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals. Supporting the coordination and management of projects. Researching information as required. Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, receiving and inputting invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, organizing and e-filing documents, etc. Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Construction experience a plus. Skilled in time management and prioritization. Ability to quickly organize a variety of communications. Ability to work well under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience working in Quickbooks a plus. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skill and follow up. Must be able to pass a drug test. Must be able to provide eligibility of right to work in the US. Excellent problem-solving ability. Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Pay determined upon hire, based on experience.
