Responsibilities of the role include staffing administration, coordination of training and development activities, supporting employee relations and performance management activities, and assisting with the facilitation of compliance and benefits programs. The HRC is an hourly position that reports directly to the Office Manager.ResponsibilitiesStaffing AdministrationPartner with business leaders to ensure staffing needs are continually metCollaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategiesAssist with recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesConduct reference checks, background checks, and pre-employment drug screens on potential candidatesCoordinate employee orientation and onboarding processesMaintain accurate records for employees, new hires, and candidatesCreate and submit staffing reports to managementTraining and DevelopmentWork with business leaders to organize and communicate business initiativesDevelop and maintain job descriptionsPartner with management to support employee progression through established career pathsAssist with the deployment of skill assessments and development plansFacilitate training and advancement of company mentor programsEmployee Relations and Performance ManagementChampion the company cultureCoordinate amongst employees, managers, and senior leaders to build collaborative relationships enabling better decisions and organizational effectivenessProvide support to employees in various topics such as leaves, performance management, conflict resolution and other situations as they ariseAdminister performance evaluations by compiling and documenting performance data, completing evaluation review forms, and assisting with the communication and deliveryPartner with managers to resolve employee compliance and disciplinary issuesMaintain confidential personnel filesCompliance and BenefitsSupport management and employees with compliance to employment laws and programsEnsure company policies are effectively communicated and administeredCoordinate with leaders to conduct open enrollment and other benefits related programs and events as neededEnsure employees gain an understanding of all benefit plans and enrollment provisionsSupport the deployment of health and wellness initiativesQualificationsDegree in Business, or Communications is preferred but not requiredAbility to maintain strict confidentiality in handling company and personnel informationExperience in employee supervision is a plusExcellent written and oral communication skillsDesired SkillsActive listeningConfidentialityCommunicationObjectivity and critical thinkingCoachingTeam buildingAnalytical and OrganizationalWhat H2E OffersCompetitive WagesHealth/Dental/Vision Benefits401k/Profit SharingFlexible HoursHoliday, Sick, and Vacation TimeAmazing Team Environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
