Requirements

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Foster a competitive and results-driven sales culture that motivates team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team in overcoming challenges and closing deals.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with broader company objectives and initiatives.
Leads Management:
  • Implement effective lead generation strategies to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects.
  • Establish and implement lead management processes to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team in effectively managing and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and management leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • 3-4 years of leadership experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
