Front of House/Guest Service Team Member

Role Summary: Front of House/Guest Experience Team Members serve in various areas including cash registers, drive-thru, and dining-room. While experience can be helpful, no experience is necessary. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving others and working on a team. We will teach you everything else you need to know.
General responsibilities:
- Comply with all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures for the handling and preparation of food
- welcome and greet guests
- take customer orders at registers or drive-thru (through headsets or outside order taking)
- maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room and other restaurant areas
- do your part to make each guest and every guest feel cared for
- deliver food to guests
- prepare desserts
- bag orders
- restock inventory
- address guest needs as they arise
- willing to learn new skills
- a strong team player who works well with others
- attention to detail
- excellent communication skills
- excellent interpersonal skills (eye-to-eye contact, engage people with a smile, potential for good guest connection)

- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- able to lift 40-60 pounds on a consistent basis
