Your day may include:

  • Greeting members and nurturing relationships with them
  • Performing transactions such as deposits and withdrawals, cash advances, transfers, issuing cashier's checks, etc.
  • Responding to member inquiries and performing relevant research
  • Offering OURCU products and services when it may be beneficial to the member and their specific needs
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding member accounts
  • Assisting the Lead MSR and MSR Supervisor with related duties as requested

You might be a great fit if you have:

  • Customer service experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Possess strong multitasking skills, in addition to being detailed oriented
  • Want to work for an organization that gives back to all the communities it serves
