Als Junior Finance Business Partner zal je vooral met volgende zaken bezig zijn:
Maandelijkse analyse van de operationele en financiële resultaten (resultatenrekening, balans en cashflow) met bijzondere aandacht voor de naleving van de financiële doelstellingen;
Maandelijkse prestatie-indicatoren analyseren en actieplannen voorstellen om discrepanties aan te pakken en/of de prestaties structureel te verbeteren;
Operationele teams voorzien van analyse- en beslissingsondersteunende tools om de marges per bedrijfstak te maximaliseren en om het management te helpen bij het definiëren en/of wijzigen van zijn commerciële en industriële strategieën;
Ondersteunen, adviseren en beïnvloeden van het management bij zijn reflecties over bedrijfsontwikkeling - o.a. productlanceringen, aanpassing van het industriële proces, investeringen, bedrijfsovernames etc.;
De rol van CAPEX-coördinator op zich nemen voor de specifieke bedrijfssegment(en), d.w.z. het investeringsproces voor de betreffende scope beheren en controleren alsook de analyses rond investeringen presenteren;
Opstellen en communiceren van het 4-jarige financiële plan, het jaarlijkse budget en de maandelijkse forecasts;
Verdere integratie van SAP binnen de nieuwe bedrijven;
Het management voorzien van financiële resultaten, KPI's en standaard maandelijkse rapporten;
Allerlei andere zaken binnen finance zoals due diligence etc.
Profiel
- Je bent in het bezit van een hogere opleiding in Finance (Bachelor/Master);
- Je kan 2 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring voorleggen binnen controlling/audit/;
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels en hebt een basiskennis van het Frans;
- Je hebt kennis van SAP;
- Je hebt een intrinsieke interesse om de business te bevatten en de brug te vormen tussen Finance & Operations;
- Je bent diplomatisch, stressbestendig en neemt zaken in handen;
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Excel;
- Je houdt ervan zaken te gaan opzetten en uit te bouwen.
