If you are a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce professional looking to make a significant impact in a growing company, we encourage you to apply and be a part of our journey towards E-Commerce excellence Job Summary As the E-Commerce Manager/Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to significantly enhance our online sales, with a particular focus on expanding our presence in the US market. Currently, E-Commerce constitutes only 3% of our total sales, and we are committed to substantial growth in this area. You will report directly to the CEO Responsibilities and Duties Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive E-Commerce growth, includingexpanding our product offerings, optimizing pricing strategies, enhancing customer experience, and exploringnew sales channels. Team Management: Lead and mentor the E-Commerce Operations team in China, providing guidance onoperational processes, performance metrics, and best practices. Conduct regular meetings and ensure effectivecollaboration with local Account Executives and the Marketing team. Market Understanding: Utilize your bilingual proficiency and in-depth understanding of the US market to tailorour E-Commerce strategies accordingly. Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitoractivities to capitalize on growth opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotions, andadvertising strategies to drive traffic and conversion. Collaborate with our partners, including TEMU, to leveragetheir expertise and resources effectively. Platform Management: Oversee our presence on existing E-Commerce platforms, such as Amazon Seller Central, ensuring optimal performance, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Explore opportunities toexpand onto other E-Commerce channels, particularly in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector. Qualifications and Skills Bilingual proficiency (English and Mandarin) is essential for effective communication with both US-basedstakeholders and the E-Commerce team in China. Strong understanding of the US market dynamics, consumer preferences, and E-Commerce trends. Proven experience in E-Commerce management or related roles, preferably with 3-7 years of experience.
