Service Account Manager
to join our global Customer Care team This is an amazing opportunity to support Clarivates Patent Renewal Customers and help drive their innovation. If you have a passion for problem solving and customer support where every day is different, we would love to speak with you
About You Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
Undergraduate degree from an accredited college AND/OR or a minimum of 5+ years of equivalent and progressive work experience
Experience with Intellectual Property or the patent annuity process/maintenance
It would be great if you also had
Familiarity with legal vocabulary and processes
The ability to build internal relationships with other teams to promote a consistent and professional workflow
What will you be doing in this role?...
Act as a principal liaison between the customer and all business departments within Clarivate, taking ownership of issues and working with colleagues across the organization to secure existing business and increase revenue.
Identify issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the customer, such as completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements and implementing changes.
Co-ordinate and actively participate in customer visits, presentations, workshops, user groups, and forums.
Coordinate with Senior Project Manager to ensure speed to revenue and to meet customer expectations.
Responsible for ensuring that the department procedures are fully documented, communicated and amended, as necessary.
About The Team
We are a small, dedicated team focused on providing the highest standard of service excellence for Clarivate's Patent Renewal Customers and report directly to the Senior Manager, Customer Care.
Hours of Work
This is a Full-time position that works during core U.S. business hours.
