Oversee order fulfillment operations, administration, and distribution. Responsible for strategic processes throughout the organization, drive, track, and deliver against cost savings targets, and present results to management on a periodic basis. Develop and implement processes for order entry and tracking, ensuring that customer information is maintained. Ensure that agreements, licenses, and warranties are tracked and reviewed for expiration or renewal opportunities. Direct and oversee the distribution of products, including shipping, and returns, including delivery time and follow-up. Analyze inventory and/or service levels to ensure consistent order fulfillment and minimize costs. Required Skills

Requires bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field and a minimum of five years of IT experience, of which at least four years must be specialized. Degree requirement may be substituted with additional relevant experience. Specialized experience includes experience in operations and fulfillment industry practices. Must have experience managing and leading a team. Must have thorough understanding of IT assets including laptops, printers, mobile devices, AV/VTC equipment, end user software, etc. as well as IT commodity products and supplies. Detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks and multi-task. Must have a positive and patient customer service attitude. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing. Experience supporting a nationwide mid to large Federal agency enterprise is a plus. A+ certification is desired. Must be able to obtain agency suitability clearance.
