Job Summary CARTA HR, Dean's Office is currently seeking a student to join their team of professionals. The HR Student Program Associate provides administrative support to the Office of the Dean within the College of Communication, Architecture + The Arts (CARTA) in relation to human resources. Duties Include: Under the supervision of the CARTA HR Dean's Office, manages the entire recruitment process for CARTA Student Employment. Creates student job openings, job postings and manages candidates through Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) including: reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, managing applicant statuses, initiating job offers, and completing onboarding. Initiates HR forms. Serves as first point of contact for the CARTA HR Dean's Office. Follows up with central HR regarding any pending actions. Follows up with departments or applicants regarding pending documentation. Make deliveries of essential documents/items to other units. At least 2 semesters of FIU work experience or related experience outside the University. Complete Appropriate HR trainings. Job Category Federal Work Study Who May Apply Students enrolled at FIU, who have been awarded Federal Work Study (FWS) as part of their Financial Aid Award package. Student must be enrolled with a minimum of six (6) credit hours in a course of study leading to a degree or a Financial Aid eligible certificate, during Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters.
