Job Description:

The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for administrative duties of broad scope and complexity requiring independent judgement and familiarity with applicable procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Following established procedures, perform a variety of administrative responsibilities.

* Administers customer accounts by reviewing service and/or spare product requirements to existing terms and conditions of purchase orders or maintenance agreements.

* Establishes and maintains customer relationships through courteous and efficient servicing of customer requests.

* Maintains regular communication with assigned customer accounts and responds to customer service issues.

* Prepares, and submits correspondence in response to customer requests.

* Maintains an appropriate level of confidentiality with regard to customer and company matters.

* Responds to requests for quotations in a timely manner and coordinates with price estimating.

* Reviews pricing for reasonableness, submits quotations/proposals for customer review, and handles customer questions regarding the submitted quote/proposal.

* Coordinates with various functions of the company (e.g. quality, shipping/receiving, accounting, order entry, planning and shop personnel) on customer issues.

* Prioritizes requests and commits to reasonable production and/or provisioning lead time.

* Releases repairs to production when customer approval is received by submitting work order to scheduler and updating sales order with delivery date and repair costs.

* Develops action plans to address past due items.

* May have oversight of order entry activity and shipping for spares.

* Enter and manipulate data on spreadsheet, data base or file management programs and perform a broad range of typing projects with high degree of accuracy and speed.

* Set priorities and procedures for accomplishing work.

* May be required to delegate portions to others or offer assistance and support to others.

* Collect data, conduct research and compile information using a variety of mathematical calculations for a broad range of reports and projects.

* Conduct inquiries into specific problems, such as delays, to ensure objectives are being met.

* Communicate potentially negative situations to management in a constructive manner.

* Read mail, highlight action or important items, attach relevant files or information before distributing.

* Respond to routine correspondence or draft routine responses for review and signature.

* Interface effectively with team members, functional departments and customers.

* Screen calls, respond to routine questions and receive and/or escort visitors.

* Perform other related responsibilities.

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree

* 3+ years related experience

* Aerospace experience

* Aerospace aftermarket customer experience and contracts experience.

* B2B experience

Skills and Knowledge:

* Working knowledge of R-Card.

* MSS knowledge is preferred.

* Thorough knowledge of office equipment, administrative procedures and/or terminology in functional area.

* Ability to accurately record meeting proceedings, where applicable.

* Proficient with Microsoft Suite software.

* Intermediate to advance skill in Excel.

* Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Descripcin del trabajo:

El Administrador de Servicio al Cliente es responsable de tareas administrativas de amplio alcance y complejidad que requieren criterio independiente y familiaridad con los procedimientos aplicables.

Responsabilidades:

* Siguiendo procedimientos establecidos, realiza una variedad de responsabilidades administrativas.

* Administra cuentas de clientes revisando los requisitos de servicio y/o productos de repuesto segn los trminos y condiciones existentes de rdenes de compra o acuerdos de mantenimiento.

* Establece y mantiene relaciones con los clientes mediante el servicio corts y eficiente de las solicitudes de los clientes.

* Mantiene comunicacin regular con cuentas de clientes asignadas y responde a problemas de servicio al cliente.

* Prepara y enva correspondencia en respuesta a las solicitudes de los clientes.

* Mantiene un nivel apropiado de confidencialidad con respecto al cliente y asuntos de la empresa.

* Responde a solicitudes de cotizaciones de manera oportuna y coordina con la estimacin de precios.

* Revisa los precios para que sean razonables, enva cotizaciones/propuestas para que los revisen los clientes y maneja las preguntas de los clientes con respecto a la cotizacin/propuesta enviada.

* Coordina con varias funciones de la empresa (por ejemplo, calidad, envo/recepcin, contabilidad, entrada de pedidos, planificacin y personal de tienda) en cuestiones de clientes.

* Prioriza las solicitudes y se compromete a un plazo de produccin y/o aprovisionamiento razonable.

* Libera las reparaciones a produccin cuando se recibe la aprobacin del cliente enviando la orden de trabajo al programador y actualizando la orden de venta con la fecha de entrega y los costos de reparacin.

* Desarrolla planes de accin para abordar artculos vencidos.

* Puede tener supervisin de la actividad de ingreso de pedidos y envo de repuestos.

* Ingrese y manipule datos en hojas de clculo, bases de datos o programas de administracin de archivos y realice una amplia gama de proyectos de mecanografa con alto grado de precisin y velocidad.

* Establecer prioridades y procedimientos para realizar el trabajo.

* Puede ser necesario delegar partes a otros u ofrecer asistencia y apoyo a otros.

* Recopile datos, realice investigaciones y recopile informacin utilizando una variedad de clculos matemticos para una amplia gama de informes y proyectos.

* Realizar investigaciones sobre problemas especficos, como retrasos, para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos.

* Comunica situaciones potencialmente negativas a la gerencia de manera constructiva.

* Lea el correo, resalte acciones o elementos importantes, adjunte archivos o informacin relevantes antes de distribuirlos.

* Responde a correspondencia de rutina o redacta respuestas de rutina para revisin y firma.

* Interacta efectivamente con miembros del equipo, departamentos funcionales y clientes.

* Filtrar llamadas, responder a preguntas de rutina y recibir y/o acompaar a los visitantes.

* Realizar otras responsabilidades relacionadas.

Educacin y experiencia:

* Licenciatura

* 3+ aos de experiencia relacionada

* Experiencia aeroespacial

* Experiencia del cliente en el mercado de posventa aeroespacial y experiencia en contratos.

* Experiencia B2B

Habilidades y conocimientos:

* Conocimiento prctico de R-Card.

* Se prefiere conocimiento de MSS.

* Conocimiento profundo de equipos de oficina, procedimientos administrativos y/o terminologa en el rea funcional.

* Capacidad para registrar con precisin los procedimientos de la reunin, cuando corresponda.

* Competente con el software Microsoft Suite.

* Habilidad intermedia a avanzada en Excel.

* Habilidades efectivas de comunicacin verbal, escrita e interpersonal.
