What will you be doing?Barclays Services Corp. seeks Market Risk Business Analyst in Whippany, New Jersey (multiple positions available):Identification of business requirements arising from Risk Managers, Trading, RIS or other related teams and ensuring correct specification are implementation in the Market Risk domain.Cover current and target state business analysis, provide business analysis documents describing functionalities, risk methodologies, infrastructure aspects, business workflows, operating models, define the test cases and success criteria.Utilize understanding of regulatory or internal drivers such as FRTB, internal data governance, upstream changes, etc.Provide support to the Lead Business Analyst, defining analytical approach in line with the strategic vision, and business objectives methodology.Liaise with Risk Managers, Senior BA, Project Managers and Tech Leads to articulate complex problems.Ensure developers understand the precise requirements and review and validate test results, and understand Greeks, VaR and Stress Testing metrics to implement them in market risk application.Participate and perform analysis tasks in the design process coordinated by the Program Management team, from Design approval to functional design completion.Support the Testing Strategy and input into the coverage of Test scenarios and conditions ensuring all requirements in scope are tested.May Telecommute.
