What You Do:

Cold Calls: 25+ phone calls every day. Turning cold leads into warm opportunities with your charm and persistence. Cold Drop-In Visit: Visit 10+ potential clients or previous clients in person, showcasing our services with enthusiasm and a personal touch. Business Market Research: Identify and pursue new business opportunities utilizing social media tools and CRM such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Partnership Pitch: Create pitch decks & deliver compelling partnership sales pitches to prospective clients. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to implement and refine sales strategies. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and heard. Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and client satisfaction. Networking: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.

Who You Are:

Opportunity Hunter: Able to identify leads to work with for industries such as manufacturing, warehousing, engineering, and more. Relationship Nurturer: Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships, making clients feel valued and heard. Provide solution to their bottleneck or pain point. Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the Business Development Manager to boost sales and expand the client base. Dynamic Communicator: Possess exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills that make people eager to do business with you. Resilient & Relentless: Don’t take no for an answer, always willing to keep pushing regardless the adversity. Demonstrating a high level of motivation to achieve goals and financial rewards. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google tools. Knowledge in using AI tools to be more efficient is highly valued. Enthusiastic Presenter: Present our services with enthusiasm and a personal touch during client interactions and pitches.

Bonus Points:

Bilingual in Spanish or any other language than English is a huge PLUS. Had successfully completed sales quota such as cold calls, drop-ins weekly for other staffing firms before. Had successfully completed a full sales cycle from prospecting to obtained partnership. Had knowledge in BullHorn or any CRM tools as well as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
