Join us and be part of our exciting journey Job Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Oversee the progress of daily assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within specified timelines. Develop Strong Working Relationships: Cultivate strong working relationships with our installation crews and customers, fostering trust and clear communication. Interaction: Interact with installation crews that are on-site to resolve basic customer issues, address technical queries, and manage customer change order processing, if needed. Customer Support: Respond to customer concerns and provide excellent customer service during and after the installation process, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise. Payment Handling: Secure payments from customers for contracted work, update necessary paperwork, and facilitate additional payment processing in accordance with company policies. Additional Tasks: Perform any other necessary functions or duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company. Key Competencies: Customer Focused: A commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations. Action Oriented: Proactive and driven to take the initiative when necessary to ensure successful installations. Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise between customers and installation crews effectively. Problem Solving and Decision Making: Ability to troubleshoot issues, make informed decisions, and find solutions to ensure smooth installations. Dealing with Ambiguity and Complexity: Adaptability and composure in dealing with complex situations and changing project dynamics. Flooring or Home Improvement Experience (Beneficial): Previous experience in the flooring or home improvement industry is an advantage, but not required. What does Refloor offer?
