We're looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our CitroDigital Marketing Division.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in a career in the marketing and communications field and has the willingness to learn, self-motivation, and the drive to learn new things. the experience gained in this role will allow someone to be more prepared to work in a fast-paced marketing environment.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project tasks across teams.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings and create and distribute meeting agendas and notes.
  • Organize client assets and materials. Coordinate client reporting needs.
  • Work with external vendors to manage assets as needed.
  • Assist with the setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing events.


Additional Functions:

  • Directly support the Client Success team with day-to-day operations.


Basic Qualifications & Position Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
  • Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously
  • Familiar with project management software preferred
  • Eager to work in a growing and self-starter environment
