  • Responsible for the external authorization and comprehensively manage the whole process of the transaction, including market analysis, project evaluation, due diligence, negotiation of financial and legal terms, sign-off, technology transfer, etc.;
  • Continuously strengthen the industry network, maintain existing collaborations, and explore attractive opportunities for future cooperation?
  • Established networks of contacts in biotech/pharmaceutical companies, the venture capital community, and/or major academic institutions.

Minimum Education/Skills Required:

  • Ph.D. with a professional background in life sciences, medicine etc., with more than 8 years of industry experience (such as research experience, industrial R&D experience, pipeline strategy experience, or strategic consulting experience);
  • Solid understanding of drug discovery, development, and commercialization processes ability to work effectively with R&D stakeholders;
  • Global perspective with fluent proficiency in both English and Chinese, effectively communicating scientific and business topics to audiences/partners;
  • Agile and adaptable to changing business environment;
  • Overseas study or work experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies or well-known R&D institutions;
  • Base on Boston MA or Beijing China
