Responsibilities
  • Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission and values of BMC.
  • Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, processing invoices, and managing marketing databases.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content creation, and event marketing.
  • Content Management: Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing content, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Assist in monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and external vendors to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with exposure to both digital and traditional marketing practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Working Conditions

  • The physical environment requires the employee to work inside throughout the year.
  • Moderate travel and after hour events required.
  • Job requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.
  • Seeing, reading, writing and physical presence at the job location are required to complete job responsibilities.
  • Use of computer and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities.
