Marketing Specialist (Hybrid) POSITION DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Enterprise Marketing Specialist drives B2B customer acquisition for two key product lines: Group Training and Learning Experience Platform (LXP). This role will develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies to grow qualified sales leads using email campaigns, social media, and other channels as needed. This newly created position requires the ability to thrive in a results-driven, collaborative environment while demonstrating strong analytic skills and curiosity. The Enterprise Marketing Specialist will collaborate with various business teams, including sales, creative services, and marketing channel experts, on acquisition strategy and directly contribute to company growth. RESPONSIBILITES and implement B2B customer acquisition strategies that improve and increase lead volume and quality. and implement multi-channel campaigns, both short-term and long-term, utilizing various methods such as digital email and paid media Enterprise and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) leads while monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns along the way with sales to select and prioritize industries or accounts based on opportunity; implement campaigns to target and nurture. with internal marketing channel experts and the creative team to drive growth and optimization. identify, and recommend new opportunities to engage prospects assigned marketing budget. Build reports and analytics related to lead generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend. campaign outcomes, develop and present insights clearly to key stakeholders SkillPath’s tradeshow presence, including event selection, logistics and pre- and post-show marketing tactics RFP process for SkillPath Enterprise sales REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent Experience years of relevant work experience in lead generation or digital marketing working with a B2B brand preferred Skills/Abilities experience managing a variety of marketing channels (CRM, paid media, social), creating campaigns to emphasize awareness, and results regarding lead generation and conversion. working in partnership with enterprise sales leaders. of demand and pipeline generation best practices, trends, and technology mindset, with the ability to identify trends and insights through data analysis, clearly communicate findings and make informed decisions on next steps of marketing automation and CRM capabilities (Salesforce platform preferred) versed in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel communication, both written and verbal to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities Physical Requirements This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to talk or hear; stand; walk; lift up to 50lbs; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
