This position will design, implement, and support the bank's marketing plan to grow and maintain current business and community involvement. Responsibilities: Develop strategic marketing plan maintain and monitor monthly budget have creative marketing concepts. Create and implement marketing ideas/programs for banks, keep up on market trends and demographics of current bank customers and potential target market, and make recommendations as necessary create/oversee all tv, radio, and print ads (commercials, posters, newsletters, video productions, scripts)Manage all marketing materials to include purchasing, distributing, and budgeting according to branch needs ideal Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Marketing... Communications, Public Relations, or related fields; a combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience leading a marketing department, preferably at a bank.Ability to professionally exhibit leadership skills while representing and selling the bank's overall missionSelf-motivated individual who exhibits creativity and resourcefulnessAbility to prioritize, organize, and multi-taskStrong computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Adobe and Photoshop, and social media outlets (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discrete manner occasional travel may be required; must possess valid driver's license and meet bank's requirements to drive bank-owned vehiclesJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insurance health insurance paid time of referral program vision insurance schedule: Monday to FridayApplication Question(s): What is your desired salary?
