Position Overview:

FSNB, N.A. is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Department Manager within the Branch Promotions department. As a vital member of our team, you will oversee a team of Multi-Media Associates and play a key role in driving our promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase branch traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of Multi-Media Associates to execute promotional strategies effectively across various media channels.

  • Develop and implement innovative promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers, in alignment with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics to optimize promotional efforts and achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including retail and online accounts, to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs.
  • Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and managerial skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with experience utilizing various video, audio, graphic, and text applications in advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in programs such as Adobe CS4 After Effect, Premier Pro, Encore, Adobe CS5 Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash Professional, Fireworks, Bridge, InDesign, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize promotional activities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
