Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product and service information, orders, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experiences.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and potential areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to better assist customers.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
