Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

to work for our client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

Analyze monthly results in comparison to budgets, forecasts, and prior year

Drive financial modeling improvements in planning and forecast to improve process efficiencies

Provide monthly corporate financial reporting, KPIs, and quarterly operating reviews that provide actionable insights to senior leadership

Develop and maintain an integrated long-term planning model capable of capturing key business drivers and supporting business insights

Create, measure, and maintain metrics for the business to measure growth, profitability, expenses, efficiency, and productivity

Participate in the company’s bottoms-up budgeting process, collaborating with division leaders to ensure accountability to the budget

Support operational and strategic initiatives and business projects across various business units

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance

3+ years of FP&A experience

Exceptional business judgment; capable of driving results with a focused, pragmatic approach

Strong and proactive communication skills, with a strong service-orientated approach

The ability to explain complex topics clearly both verbally and in writing
