Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Position Overview: As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing their data-driven culture by harnessing the power of tools such as MS Power BI or Tableau. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth analysis, develop interactive dashboards, and provide valuable insights to key stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize MS Power BI (preferred) or Tableau to analyze large datasets and develop interactive dashboards that provide meaningful insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements. Perform data modeling and analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making. Create and maintain documentation to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across the organization. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide actionable recommendations to address business challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Act as a subject matter expert on data visualization best practices, helping to drive adoption and proficiency within the organization. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field preferred. 6+ years of proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, with expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting. Proficiency in MS Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools, with the ability to develop complex dashboards and data visualization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. Experience working with SQL databases and writing complex queries for data extraction and manipulation. Previous experience developing data models. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and quality. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
