Overview

OneNeck, a national hybrid IT solutions provider, has an exciting opportunity for a Business System Analyst. This position works with key business users to document requirements and partners on the operationalization of the business application strategy. This position also works with end users and technical teams to resolve issues and enhance tool capabilities.

NOTE: This position may be hired at the Business Systems Analyst IIor III given skills, experiences and business needs.



Responsibilities

The scope of this position includes, but is not limited to, supporting business applications managed by OneNeck's Business Application team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance configure price quote (CPQ) and/or quote to cash applications
  • Lead and assist in identifying business requirements, supporting and managing existing applications, analyzing issues, and communicating with end users to assess needs and optimize business solutions
  • Ensure optimal use of applications, including changes/modifications and interfaces
  • Provide application management support
  • Act as liaison to other internal application teams to facilitate integration with a variety of systems


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience
  • 4+ years' experience working with an application platform as a Business Analyst or Application Administrator
  • Availability to consult, assist and/or perform after-hours support and participate in on-call rotations

Other Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with CPQ and/or quote to cash applications preferred.
  • Experience with SQL for basic query/analysis preferred.
  • Proven attention to detail, analytical thinking, and process oriented.
  • Solid business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • High integrity and professional values.
  • An interest in working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
