May need to work in the Madison office occasionally. The initial duration is to 6/30/24 (fiscal year end) with at least one yearlong extension to 6/30/25.
Under the supervision of the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager, this position provides business analysis support to top priority initiatives and enterprise-wide projects. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating requirements sessions, documenting business needs and business processes, analyzing business processes, and applying and implementing both technology and non-technology focused solutions to business problems. In addition, this position partners with our Lead Business Analyst and the Project Management Office Leadership as we develop business analysis standards, best practices, collaboration, education, and business analysis maturity.
Responsibilities:
  1. Elicit business needs from the various program areas to develop solutions to business problems.
  2. Lead requirement gathering for large initiatives of high complexity, including meetings with PMO customers to gather requirements for solutions, identify impacted business processes and determine best process and IT Solution integration where appropriate.
  3. Assist PMO customers in translating their security considerations into requirements.
  4. Collect, interpret, and present data using statistical analysis and other applicable modeling techniques using automated database analysis mechanisms, including SQL, for data gathering and research purposes.
