Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join Security Prime Consultants, Inc. as a Director of Operation / Right-Hand Person/Operations Manager. This role will be instrumental in supporting the CEO in day-to-day operations and managing a team of security personnel effectively.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the security guard company

Coordinate scheduling and deployment of security personnel

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Supervise and mentor team members to maintain high performance standards

Collaborate with the CEO on strategic planning and business development initiatives

Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Proven experience in operations management or a similar role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Knowledge of security industry practices and regulations (preferred)

Must have an existing network or team of security guards for potential deployment

Must worked in security field minimum 2 years
