Responsibilities for the Junior Account Manager: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, orders, and concerns. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell jewelry products to existing clients, as well as prospect and onboard new clients to expand our customer base. Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize sales revenue and achieve growth targets. Maintain a thorough understanding of our jewelry collection, including materials, designs, and customization options, to effectively advise clients and meet their needs. Coordinate order processing, shipment, and delivery logistics, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of client orders. Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive buying experience. Qualifications of Junior Account Manager: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in sales, account management, or client relations, preferably within the jewelry industry. Strong sales acumen and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Passion for jewelry and a keen eye for design. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
