Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

Daily bank reconciliation Post funding notices Maintain all accounting schedules Weekly asset report preparation Familiar with automotive accounting processes, costing deals, calculating commissions, payables, receivables Monthly floor plan reconciliation, physical inventory reconciliation, MSO and title reconciliation Submit and reconcile monthly finance product 8300 cash reporting

The Opportunity Is For You If You Have

Minimum of 1 year experience in a dealership CDK Experience strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment Positive attitude Self-motivated and diligent Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
