ABOUT THE ROLE As the Marketing Director, you will embody and tell the story of the LIVV brand (to LIVV a life worth living). You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase revenue. Through doing this, you will build and captivate an audience and community that is passionate and excited about LIVV’s mission. In addition, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. You will also manage and lead a team of marketing professionals in order to achieve company objectives. WHAT YOU WILL DO Brand Development and Comprehensive Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute brand & content marketing strategy across multiple platforms and mediums. Using a story-teller approach, you will engage and educate customers in LIVV’s mission and services. Brand Positioning and Messaging: Define and articulate LIVV’s brand positioning, value proposition and messaging framework while ensuring consistency across all channels. Brand Awareness: Increase brand awareness through creation and implementation of brand ambassador programs and partnerships with other relevant local businesses, in addition to all other social media efforts. Advertisement Management: Manage advertising campaigns (social media, email drip campaigns, etc.), including budget allocation, targeting, creative development, and performance tracking, to achieve campaign objectives and maximize ROAS. Team Management: Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve company objectives. Collaboration of Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and initiatives. KPI Management: Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and generate insights for reporting and optimization. WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required (advanced degree preferred). 5+ years demonstrating progressive advancement up to marketing director roles in health and wellness, health/fitness product or luxury brand marketing; able to demonstrate success through a marketing portfolio and corresponding outcomes. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of marketing professionals. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to set up marketing dashboards, interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up environment.
