What You're Accountable For: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and content marketing. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation, and using insights to inform marketing strategies and messaging. Independently creating compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, videos, and more, to engage our target audience and showcase our expertise in IT management services. Managing and guiding external vendors on key deliverables and optimizing digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content distribution, to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. Collaborating closely with sales, product management, and customer success teams, to align marketing efforts with business goals, supporting lead generation and customer acquisition, and driving revenue growth. Aiding in the planning and execution of promotional events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and fostering relationships with prospects and customers. Monitoring and analyzing key marketing metrics and KPIs, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance, and using data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve results. Staying current on marketing trends, best practices, emerging technologies management, and toolsets. Sharing knowledge and expertise with the team to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Handling administrative tasks as needed, such as maintaining marketing databases, organizing files, and scheduling meetings. Any other duties and tasks that are required by the Company.
