The Social Media Manager is the main point of contact for their clients as they work with the Social Media team and agency creative teams to manage client platforms. By establishing account strategies, planning content, creating paid campaigns, and managing engagement, the Social Media Manager becomes the conduit between the agency and its clients. Social Media Managers demonstrate expertise within Meta Business Suite and other platforms and technology and fluency in client brand voice and visual standards.

Manage day-to-day work autonomously according to agency operational standards and as well as collaboratively with agency management, within social media team, and with other agency teams.

Act as the point person for assigned accounts, responding to clients in a timely manner, understanding and achieving expectations, and consistently building productive and collaborative client relationships.

Operating Facebook Business Manager with proficiency and maintain third party social media services as well as agency reporting, project management, and time tracking systems.

Operate Meta Ad Account to build targeted audiences, develop paid campaigns, manage campaign budgets, and monitor performance. Optimize campaigns for maximum performance and report results to clients.

Create original and engaging content according to brand standards including draft captions, insightful creative direction, and identifiable strategy. Ensure content and creative quality control and accurate scheduling and content activation.

Provide daily community management in clients' brand voice, based on approved response matrix. Elevate relevant issues to client's attention. Source user generated content; coordinate and document permission and access to files.

Vet incoming influencers and coordinate influencer visit planning, communicate expectations, and secure all relevant contracts and agreements.

Develop and present insightful monthly account performance summary presentations, identify and communicate opportunities to improve engagement, following, revenue, or other KPIs.

Conduct initial audit of new clients and their

competitors

to define the best position, voice, and message for the brand and property and create an agency strategy that supports client goals and delivers successful KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years experience in similar social media or digital marketing role

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Strong knowledge of both paid and organic social strategy

Confidence in supporting client needs and presenting monthly content ideas

Experience in an agency environment a plus

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
