The Operations Administrator, FreighTrax will assist with managing FreighTrax's operations, customer engagement and support, and marketing. They will assist with the development of training programs and materials including outlines, text, audio and visual content, online training modules, and training evaluations. They may assist with developing processes to execute all phases of a new online training platform. In addition, they will be responsible for overseeing customer service for a Learning Management System (LMS) and e-commerce store.

The Operations Administrator will report to the Director of Operations, FreighTrax.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the order fulfillment process for participants that complete their courses.
  • Oversee the customer support program to ensure that support questions are being resolved in a timely manner and analyze support data to identify trends to mitigate future issues.
  • Be responsible for managing the customer service line during working hours.
  • Ensure the delivery of course completion materials including ID Cards and hardhat stickers.
  • Update the carrier database for course completions on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinate with University partners to ensure the digital credential database is updated and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the Company's marketing and web design/development group to ensure optimal online presence, proper website function, and website design.
  • Assist in facilitating the payment of vendor invoices with the Accounts Payable department.
  • Analyze vendor programs to ensure vendor resources are optimally utilized for Company needs.
  • Conduct research to assist with the development of course programs.
  • Interface with customers to continuously improve customer relations and work to grow company offerings to serve customer needs.
  • Regularly conduct audits to ensure proper website function and user interface.
  • Represent FreighTrax at conferences, customer engagement meetings, and events
Requirements
  • Organized with a high attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven experience as a collaborative team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other related fields
  • Experience with e-commerce stores
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems
  • Excellent communication skills, experience working in a customer service role
  • Logistics and transportation industry experience
Compensation: $55-70k
